The room is big size and clean. I have not had such a nice bed at any other accommodation. The hotel has a good and absolutely perfect location within walking distance of a train station.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a very comfortable stay for one night. The personnel was welcoming, and the owner too. Standard quadruple room was compact and cheap with super huge window. The location was nice and marvellous, near to eateries and restaurants. There was a small restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

The lady boss of this hotel was mind-blowingly helpful and friendly! We were pleasantly surprised when she offered to let us leave our luggage in the hotel before our trip to Alishan. The location is super convenient, close to the train station and night market. The room, though basic, was clean and had a big bed. The owners were absolutely adorable, even though we didn't speak the same language. The price was jaw-droppingly cheap and they provided amenities like soap, toothbrushes, and coffee. Free wi-fi and hot/cold water were also available. The overall experience was simply amazing!

The owners were friendly and accommodating, providing fruit and water for the room every day. the location was great, with easy access to the train station and a nearby night market. - I enjoyed the large window in the room, providing a nice view.
The hotel was really outdated and in need of renovation, especially the old furniture and bathroom. The language barrier was a problem, as the staff didn't speak English and communication was difficult.

The price was incredibly affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was quite convenient, with the train station within walking distance. I also appreciated the old-fashioned charm of the hotel, such as the mosaic-tiled bathtub in the shared shower room.
The rooms were on the smaller side and could feel cramped, especially if you had a lot of luggage. The shared toilet and shower room could get busy and occasionally had cleanliness issues.

The owners of the hotel were really nice and welcoming. They even offered us complimentary bananas and water. the price of the room was also very affordable. the location of the hotel was convenient, with the train station and bus to Alishan National Park within a 10-minute walk. the night market was also nearby, just a 15-minute walk away.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the staff did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
